We adopted last year, but this year appears to be different. A private agency called to see if I wanted a home study done faster

2 of my daughters have taken the required classes ,etc. , and are waiting to adopt.
It doesn't appear to be a quick procedure , nor should it be , imo , but so many children are waiting...and waiting.

Thanks Kristi We adopted 3 siblings , 2 girls and a boy. The younger 2 have special need. We are wanted older kids if we can.

We finished our updated home study / classes in May. Heartland For Children are totally ignoring us, and other agencies have replyed to the Heart Gallery, but it goes no further. We want children before they age out of the system--but no one sees the urgency

You see it. My daughters see it. Any decent person sees it. GOD sees it. We can do little but complain to uncaring or unauthorized ears , and pray and.. wait

Unfortunately you can only get lip service with RX words. We belong to an adoption, foster support group in Bartow. We meet every 2nd Monday of the month. You and your daughters could pick up some helpful information, If you need more information e-mail me at chrome@strato.net
