ANF Gyros and Grill
We decided to head to Bartow tonight to have dinner. ANF Gyros and Grill caught our attention. It looked like a good place to try. We were impressed. The food was really good and the portions are big. The kids ate free. They board inside had daily specials listed.

A location is also in Winter Haven near downtown on US 17.

Kris, I'm glad you started this discussion. I haven't tried their menu extensively but I have (over and over) eaten their fried shrimp. It's some of the best out there. I've been lucky enough to get it super fresh- made to order every time I've ordered. It's worth the few minutes wait.
They use Old Bay to season the shrimp and I ask for an extra sprinkle and extra lemon wedges to squeeze over the shrimp. But really, the shrimp are so good, bare naked would be tasty too!
I've only tried the Bartow location but have noticed others out there.
