Connecting moms in Polk County, Fla.
I know some of you keep an eye out for volunteer opportunities for yourself and family members and thought this could be a welcome opportunity.
It's easy to imagine planting trees with your young ones and them one day pointing them out as large trees to their grandchildren to say, "I helped plant those" A neat legacy to be sure.
Here's the information sent to me by Bok Tower:
What: Sandhill Restoration Planting
When: August 4 through August 10, 2012
