Looking for babysiiter/Child care in Winter Haven

Hi Everyone!

I'm lucky enough to work out child care for my 5 month old between my husband, my mother-in-law and working at home. However, I think it's time for us to find a backup- especially because my mother-in-law will be going out of town in a couple months. It would also be nice to have someone on hand for a night out with my husband!

If we find someone to come to the house, they'll have to be comfortable with a couple not-so-small dogs as well. What are your opinions on day cares/babysitters in the area? What are your thoughts on services like sittercity.com? I read a number of negative reviews for care.com, so I'm shying away from that site.

We live on the southwest side of Winter Haven and I work downtown.
