Hair donation???

DD and I have been letting our hair grow so we can donate (Locks of Love, Pantene Beautiful Lengths, etc...) It has finally gotten long enough and just in time for the HOT weather! WooHoo! Can anyone recommend a salon that will do it?

Michael Rose Hair Salon on South Florida Avenue across from the Dunkin Donuts. Any of the girls in there will be glad to do it. They are very knowledgeable. Michael does these fundraisers a couple of times a year, but will do it any time. I use Allison, but Christina, Lyndsey and Michael all are very professional and will be sensitive she is having second thoughts!

Actually anyone can cut it and you can send it off with the donation form. Here is their site. My DD actually did this yesterday! I was so proud of her! http://www.locksoflove.org/

You can go to their website and there you can find salons in your area.I went to Arnies barber shop in N. Lakeland on Friday & they cut it & said I can send it off, must be sent in a padded envelope. It must be 8" long and be sure it is clean,ponytailed in a band or braided. It can be curly as long as it is 8" min.streched out. Some salons will send it for you.
