I Bought the HOUSE!!!

I clued you all in that I was looking at a "fixer-upper" to renovate and move into with the children and wanted to give you the exciting (and somewhat daunting, lol) update, I bought the house!

I closed late yesterday afternoon and it felt amazing to have keys. I couldn't wait to be at the point to jump in and get started, but now, I don't know where to start.

I'll definitely add updates as we go to keep you posted. Any tips and tricks are greatly appreciated. :)

Next, I'll be getting some permits from the city so I can get started soon I hope. It definitely needs a lot of work before we can move in. Wish us luck!

Congrats and Good Luck!!! I can not wait till the day we get a house and move out of this POS mobile home. Since we just got a new car, it's going to be a while yet.
