KidFest at Belk in Winter Haven

While doing some back to school shopping yesterday at Belk at Citi Centre in Winter Haven I saw a flyer that they are hosting their fall KidFest on Saturday 8/11 from noon-3pm.

The flyer at the store states they will be having refreshments, games and prizes. They said it would be a back to school type of affair and that they will have a few family-friendly vendors attending.

Sounds like a fun time and thought I would share it with everyone. 

They are looking for children models (4-11) who want to be in the fashion show. They can pick an outfit out from the children's department to wear. Plus models will get an extra 15% off any purchase they make from the children's department....on top of any sales already posted which is a total bonus for sure!  I already plan on using that extra discount for much needed uniform pants and shirts since both my daughters grew over the summer, LOL!

The sales associate said anyone who wanted to be a model just needed to come in and pick out the outfit they want to wear anytime between now and the event- it can also be done an hour before the fashion show.
