Last minute school physicals

We have been asked if we can see kids for their school physicals and administer necessary vaccinations. We are making all efforts to accommodated all requests prior to the start of the school year. Right now vaccinations are in stock. If your child needs a school physical, yellow/blue forms, vaccinations, etc. please feel free to call. We are trying to accommodate same and next day appointments! St Luke's Regional Health Care is just off of South Florida Avenue in South Lakeland, just north of the Golden Corral.
