Mommy and Me get togethers?

I'm looking for a "mommy and me" get together or class. I am a working mom and have trouble finding groups that get together in the afternoon or on the weekend instead of in the morning. My daughter doesnt go to daycare, so I feel she is missing out on crucial socializing skills.

Hi, Evamarie. 

I guess I would want to ask you, is important to you that your daughter interact with other children her age or children in general?   How old is she?

Also, there are some MOPS programs in Polk County.  Do you want to stay in one town or are you willing to travel?

I know what you mean... I have been trying to get some families together for a play date.  My daughter is two, how old is yours?

My daughter just turned one also. I feel the exact same way, and my husband and I only have one vehicle. He works more than full time so it's just me and her most of the time.

we should get together then sometime. Maybe meet at a park and let them play

my 4 year old loves liittle kids too so I think if anything we can get to know each other. where is everyone living and what area would you like get together? I can plan something if I can get some info from you guys.

There is a park in downtown Winter Haven that my daughter loves...  It is located near the old farmers market, next to the Winter Haven Garden Club (around Avenue D). 

If anyone wants to meet on Monday (05/21/12) at the Winter Haven Park around 10 am, please let me know.

I have a pretty flexible schedule, so if this time doesn't work and you would like to meet later in the day, send me a message.

i agree i have  a 4 yr old and  a 5 month old  i love mommy and me groups
