Need new Southside DR. who wont refer out for little things.

We were seeing an osteopath DR. on the s.s. but have had it with her office staff! My husband and I like to see the same dr. and like someone who wont refer you out to another doctor for EVERYTHING! Really looking to stay on Southside, we already checked with watson clinic south and most of there Dr's are not accepting new patients and they really didnt have an answer for me about referrals! Dr Robinson is on the South Side and is a Family practice doctor. He will see newborns to seniors. I'm not sure about referring out but if a doctor is going to refer you I think they do not feel comfortable dealing with the reason they are sending you out. It is part good practice and part because of our society's high rate of medical lawsuits. Doctors feel pressured to refer out to specialists so they don't end up in a lawsuit.

I understand about frustrations with office staff. I left a great pediatricain's office due to the office staff. Wrote a personal letter to the doctor about why I left and never got a response back.
