passion parties - thumbs up or down?
I don't know about you ladies, but it seems like its finally being recognized and less taboo that ladies like (love) sex and male glorification (was looking for that word earlier, found it). With the discussions of the 50 shades of grey and the upcoming Magic Mike movie...we are finally able to talk more freely about sex - not in details (I don't kiss and tell), but in general.
My question is what do you think of passion parties? Has anyone attended one - what did you think of it? I am thinking about having one and if anyone is interested you can PM me with your email address for an invite. I'm thinking of doing it at my house in September (a Friday or Saturday night). This way its after the summer rush, kids back to school and getting into their routines and mom's have a little time to themselves.

I know there are different companies that offer pleasure "goods". I've been to two. One was with a women's convention I attended and may have been done crude just to be funny but I left thinking it was raunchy and tasteless.
The other, I was being drug along with a friend that was "afraid" to go on her own and we ended up having a good time.
I think the premise of giving people an outlet to purchase items not readily stocked at their local super center is a great idea and you can do product comparisons, too. :)
Definitely a thumbs-up if you research the company and who will be presenting the product.
BTW, I expect an invite ;)

I think it would be fun. I've never personally gone to one...yet. I've heard about them though and that they are fun. My cousin went to one and they had games. Will PM you in a bit for an invite..lol

I have been to a few and even hosted one. I absolutely love them! My friend from high school supports her family from doing these parties. It is called Slumber Parties by Jessica Groover and she just had her 4th child. If you don't know what company you will be having your party through, you can look her up on Facebook. :)

I just hosted one last Saturday. It is a great way for a lot of ladies to get together to chat, laugh, drink, eat, and laugh some more...it isn't about people wanting to know your private intimate details...just getting together and being offered some items that you might find interesting...ps...when it came time to order, people went to the table one at a time to place the order with the party host (whom I went to hight school with)...I felt that other folks didn't need to know your business in reference to what you were ordering...but all in all, with the games, drinks and food-we had a blast!! I had people in attendance from 21 to 77 which made for more laughs!
