save your info from polk moms or the ledger

expect past comments to again be deleted by the ledger as it sells . the nyt media group may keep past articles , too , or maybe those crooks that control the city , county , the ledger and it's on-line edition , will , just to keep skeletons in the closet. . google archive news charges for old articles , and i imagine whoever gets the ledger's will do the same with any it keeps , but you likely won’t be able to copy them to a forum. far easier , cheaper to pull them up here , now , while they are still not erased. i suggest you , or anyone not wanting to lose comments or articles , copy them now , while you still can . dirty-dealing people running polk . my keeping records has both protected and served me well over the years against any denials by the vermin.. : )

It would be neat to be able to access all the work the moms on this board have done on polkmoms with different discussions. I've gotten a lot of help referring back to different 'older' topics.

I'm guessing the original poster's thoughts are in conjunction with the sale of the Ledger- NY Times Agrees To Sell The Ledger.

I just wanted to comment on kimpsbl2's post......Thank you! I feel PolkMoms.com is an invaluable reference point for parents, local or otherwise. I truly believe in the power of friendships, information and caring shared here. :)

I just hope it does not affect Polk Moms - have had some very valuable resources by reading and posting here...from locating a summer camp for our son to a wonderful recipe for blue cheese dip! just to name a few...

which is why i suggest you save your valued info , links and all...just in case . copy and paste it to a new e-mail draft , if nothing else . right click and drag your mouse over the info you want to save , then slowly release. the info should be highlighted in blue and white....then left click your mouse over it. a pop-up will appear, saying copy. it also says paste. left click to copy. go to your new draft , left click then right click. click left againon paste and the info will be duplicated on that draft . others can tell you a better way to do it. mine was learned from folks on the old ledger forum and trial and error . good luck , and a happy , healthy . prosperous new year to all good-hearted people...
