Sewer missing cap

Was outside with the dogs and noticed something open under a cement block by the house.  Seems one of the many neighbors we had over the past 13 yrs decided to break the cap on one of my sewage lines.  What they were doing right up against the skirting of the home is beyond me.  Rather than replace it or tell me they broke it and I can replace it, they cover it with a freaking brick slab.  Really??  Funny how some resort to their childhood days and cover things up so they don't get into trouble.

Of course Ace Hardware was closing in 10 mins when I seen this so no time to race there.  Looks like tomorrow I'll be hitting the Dollar Store for Drain-O and then to Ace for the cap.  No time to run to Lowes or Home Depot as hubby has to be to work.  So I put the brick on it and just pray.

I've been dealing with the toilet backing up several times a month and now I know why.  Also have had ants and other little bugs coming up every so often out of the drains in the kitchen sink and tubs.  UGH!!  It's always something.  Telling hubby that after this car is paid off, I want to freaking move!!  I don't care if this place is paid off and I can't sell it (title is in mine and ex's name).  I'll sell it for scrap if I can.  I really hate this!!
