Connecting moms in Polk County, Fla.
I have 1 maroon and almost a dozen blue tees. They are the older style with the school name up on the top left of the chest. Still in good shape and can be worn with the newer versions (has the design in the center). All are cleaned and come from a smoke free/cat free home (have a short hared small dog in case any kids are allergic). I bought them from the consignment shop over the years and although I could bring them back I would rather see them go to someone that could use them. I live over by Socrum Loop Rd and can meet anytime at the dollar General Market. Just let me know!!

You can donate them back to the school. They use them in the clinic for kids who have accidents or need to change their shirts for various other reasons. I always donate mine at the end of the year to them.

They are youth to small adults (which run small). Jesse wore them from kindergarten to 5th grade.
d peter,
I did unload about all the maroon tees at the end of last year. I usually do this, but I wanted to try to give them to a family that could use them. I was in the nurse's clinic Thursday and they were boxing up a bunch of clothes for the summer.

I'll hold them on the side for whenever you like to pick them up. I was hoping to pick up tees for middle school at the consignment shop and so glad I did not. Plus buy those khaki shorts. I was lucky to get the $5 ones at Walmart. Luckily if there's no belt hoops then no belt is needed. The tees for the middle school should still be about $7 each (talked to a lady in the office there). Of course they will not have them ready till orientation day (whenever that is) or the week before school.

Permalink Reply by Tabby on June 12, 2012 at 7:04am No problem Alicia. Just let me know whenever you like to get them, no rush. sick kiddos come first. Hope they are better soon. Is Wendell Watson still keeping the denim? None of the teachers said anything about them, but said middle school and high school are khaki bottoms. Jesse is pretty easy going so getting his shorts wasn't so bad. Of course he hates khaki and rather wear denim plus he thinks grey with tan does not go and he'll look like a dork (as he says)...LOL
Permalink Reply by Alicia (Alsan) on June 14, 2012 at 3:38pm Wendell Watson is keeping the demin as far as I know. I've got one heading into Lake Gibson, he's the one who always wears jeans to school. I'll have 1 in high school, 1 at Lake Gibson middle and 3 at Wendell Watson.
I'm sending you a pm so we can coordinate meeting up for the shirts.
Permalink Reply by Tabby on June 14, 2012 at 5:50pm I called LGMS yesterday and they will have orientation on August 16th but not sure what time yet. She said the schedules will be sent prior to that so we can go meet the teachers. She said the tee shirts will be available too at $7 each. May pick up 5 or 6 tees shirts. Already spent $35-$40 on khaki shorts. Can imagine what supplies are going to be.
