Share 'Pediatrician to Family Dr - When to move?'

I have an almost 10 year old daughter.  We love her Pediatrician, but I have had enough of the Clinic he works for, so much, I am ready to move on from our Pediatrician.  My 14 year old has started seeing my Family doctor already.  I would like your opinions if you think 10 years old is too young to move to a Family Dr. Thanks!!
