TLC Association is a foster parent association in Polk, Highlands and Hardee County. TLC Inc, foster parent organization is looking for monetary donations and new slightly used stuffed animals to give children in out of home care a fun day. To be able to give the children a chance to see siblings and give foster parents a chance to meet other foster parents.
